Hi, I’m Haylee! I'm a licensed Cosmetic Tattoo Artist and owner of 11:11 Cosmetic Tattoo. located in downtown Sumner, Washington. I currently specialize in permanent brows and faux freckles. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have found a career that allows me to help others feel beautiful and confident. Permanent Brows
